We need to know how to stay strong, how to 'box cleverly' during challenges and how to protect our health.
Resilience is the ability to adapt to the challenges of life. It’s about bouncing back rather than falling apart. Science has uncovered specific traits/factors linked to better outcomes during periods of challenge. These can be utilised at work and within our lives in general to make us more resilient.
